Terms of Use

The rules for using Edelman Hub. Effective November 3, 2026.

1. Agreement

Edelman Hub (www.edelmanhub.com) is run by Edelman, LLC (doing business as Edelman Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electric and Solar) (“Edelman”). By using the Hub, you agree to these terms, the Edelman Hub Privacy Policy, and Edelman’s employee policies.

2. Who may use the Hub

Edelman employees and people Edelman authorizes, using an Edelman Microsoft 365 work account. The Hub and everything in it belong to Edelman.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in private. Don’t share it or let others use the Hub as you. Tell IT right away if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Using the Hub the right way

Use the Hub for Edelman work and follow Edelman’s policies.
Only add content you have the right to share, and keep customer information in the places Edelman approves.
Don’t try to get around security, reach information you aren’t meant to see, or disrupt the Hub.

5. YouTube features

Some Training features use YouTube API Services. By using those features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (opens in a new tab). Google’s handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

When a manager uploads a video to Edelman’s YouTube channel, the manager sets its title, description and visibility, and is responsible for making sure the video follows YouTube’s rules and Edelman’s policies and that Edelman has the right to share it. Anything sensitive belongs in SharePoint, not on YouTube.

6. AI features

Edelman Chat and the AI-written parts of Training (descriptions, study notes and quiz questions) can be wrong. Managers review AI-written training before employees see it. Always follow Edelman procedures, manufacturer instructions, safety rules and local codes. AI answers don’t replace them.

7. Training, points and rewards

Points and rewards are a recognition program Edelman offers to employees. Points have no cash value and can’t be sold or transferred. Edelman may correct points, change rewards, or change or end the program.

8. Content and confidentiality

Training, documents and other Hub content are Edelman’s confidential business information. Don’t share them outside Edelman unless you’re allowed to. Forms and other things you send through the Hub become Edelman business records.

9. Privacy

The Edelman Hub Privacy Policy explains what information the Hub collects and how it is used, including YouTube and Google data.

10. Changes and ending access

Edelman may update the Hub and these terms. We will update the effective date and let employees know on the Hub. Access ends when you leave Edelman, and Edelman may limit access at any time to protect the company or its people.

11. No warranty

The Hub is a work tool provided as it is. Edelman works to keep it accurate and available but can’t promise it will always be error-free or online.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
